His accomplishments include the development of a comprehensive employee handbook for a major Ottawa-area technology company, a seven-volume public information kit for the Department of National Defence, and a statutory report to Parliament by Elections Canada on the 2004 general election.
Jeff has also written a guide to information-technology project management for Industry Canada, and more than 250 web articles for the Canadian International Development Agency.
Jeff has provided strategic advice for communications of the Government On-Line initiative, coordinated large communications projects with multiple deliverable items, and created standard communications processes and archiving systems.
He holds an MA in English Literature from Carleton University and a BA in English Literature from Dalhousie University.
